Windows 8.1 is now available as an update exclusively from the Windows Store built into Windows 8.

This is the first Windows update I am aware of that is not available through the Windows Control Panel.

• Tip#1 – If you don’t see the update in Windows Store, download all Windows update from the Control Panel then check back.
