One day while at work, I noticed the thumb drive I used to store all my projects for work wasn’t connecting to my computer. Realizing that I accidentally bent the thumb drive with my knee while it was still in the computer tower. I attempted several times to retrieve the information off the thumb drive but the computer failed to recognize the device. So the next step was to ask someone for help with IT experience, that’s when I called Brent Carter. I took him the thumb drive and explained my issue. As I sat there watching him take the thumb drive apart and exam it closely. He figured out the issue and was able to manipulate the thumb drive with a paper clip. It actually worked and the computer finally recognized the thumb drive. He then asked for my permission to take my thumb drive home where all his tools were so he could permanently add a piece of metal to fix it. Within a week’s time, the thumb drive was fixed. From now on when I have a IT issue, Brent will be the first person I call. He is a delight to work with and is great at explaining in layman’s terms your computer issues.
