Free calls from your tablet or phone – no plan required

The best thing about using GrooVe IP to makes calls from Google Voice over Wi-Fi or 3G/4G is that it uses no minutes! This is a great use of an Android phone or Tablet with no data plan! It also helps to conserve minutes on your existing data plan.

I wish I had discovered this app before I gave up my Verizon unlimited data plan.  Ironicaly, I gave it up when I switched to the Verizon Share Everything plan in order to get more mobile minutes without raising my monthly bill.
